Chris Todd Wins NSW State 6 Red Minor Snooker

This year’s NSW STATE 6 Red Minors was held at Blacktown Workers Club for the second time, Blacktown will host this event for at least another year. Congratulations to Chris Todd who took the Title defeating Terry Emmett 5-2. Video of the final and some games during the day can be found on the Billiards and Snooker Videos NSW Facebook page.

A huge thank you to Blacktown Workers Club for Sponsoring this years tournament and to the Snooker club crew again for their incredible help and support. 40 players entered this year, this event now becomes a permanent fixture on the calendar.

Blacktown has 7 tables fantastic tables, all the tables will be re-covered for this inaugural Ian Chappell Blacktown Workers Classic on the 14th, 15th & 16th of July.

The 40 players were split into 10 groups of 4 playing, with games being best of 5, with the top 2 players in each group progressing to the final 20 knockout stage on Sunday. There were some new players who entered the event and qualified for the knockout stage, and of course our regular core of players. Thank you to all the players for entering who continue to support our great game, thank you to David Battensby and the Snooker Club members.
