SBNSW Introduces New Logo Guidelines for Official Polos
/SBNSW has introduced new guidelines for adding logos to its official polos, aimed at maintaining consistent professionalism and branding.
Adding an additional logo is optional but must comply with these standards to ensure uniformity during events. Non-compliant logos will not be approved.
Guidelines for Adding Logos to Official SBNSW Polos
To maintain uniformity and professionalism, the following guidelines must be adhered to when adding an additional logo to Official SBNSW polos:
Permitted Logos:
Logo from NSW clubs or associations relevant to Snooker & Billiards is permitted.
Sponsor logo is permitted but require pre-approval from SBNSW.
Placement:
Additional logos may only be added to the right-side chest of the polo shirt, in alignment with the existing SBNSW logo. See example below.
Size Specifications:
The size of the additional logo must be within the current SBNSW logo dimensions: 85mm width x 46mm height.
Approval Process:
Submit the design of the additional logo (with measurements) for review and approval to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Email to carlie.tait@bsansw.com
Compliance:
Maximum of one additional logo only.
Non-compliant logos will result in rejection of the modification.
Non-compliant logos will not be permitted to be worn when participating in events.
It should also be noted that approved modifications may not be permitted at certain events where the event sponsor's logo must be worn.

SBNSW Logo Guidelines for Personal Black or White Polos
In addition to the official SBNSW polo shirts, we understand that some members may require alternate polo options due to fabric sensitivities, allergies etc.
For these cases, members may be permitted to use the SBNSW logo on a plain black or white polo shirt under the following strict conditions:
Polo Shirt Requirements
Polo must be 100% black OR 100% white (including buttons, collar, and sleeves).
No additional colours, patterns, piping, trims, or design details (e.g. no striped collars, coloured buttons, or branding elements).
Polos must not have any visible brand logos or emblems.
Logo Placement & Specifications
The SBNSW logo is to be placed on the left chest area of the shirt only.
Maximum logo size: 90mm wide x 55mm high
The logo may be embroidered or applied as a patch.
The logo must not be altered in any way, including colour, size, or proportions.
Approval Process
Before a logo is provided:
You must submit a clear image of the polo shirt you intend to use to SBNSW (front view). Send to carlie.tait@bsansw.com
SBNSW will review the image to ensure it meets all requirements.
If approved, you will be granted one-time permission to use the SBNSW logo for this purpose.
The logo will be issued in an approved format for use only on the polo submitted.
Please note:
Approval is at the discretion of SBNSW.
Use of the logo beyond this single instance or on any unapproved garment is strictly prohibited.
Any cost associated with applying the logo (embroidery or patch) is the responsibility of the individual.
