Notice is hereby given that the 104th Annual General Meeting of Snooker & Billiards New South Wales Incorporated will be held at:

Online video conference only – via Microsoft Teams*

Thursday 25th November 2021 commencing at 7pm.

*To attend via video conference, members must register at least 24 hours prior, by emailing carlie.tait@bsansw.com.
Meeting access & further instructions will be issued upon registration only.

Please note, there is no provision for general business at the AGM. Questions relating to the business of the meeting are welcome, but all other matters are termed ‘Special Business’ and are required to be submitted in advance to enable an appropriate investigation and response. Therefore, in terms of the Constitution, any notices of formal business or Motion(s) from Members must be received in writing by SBNSW not less than thirty-five (35) days before the date fixed for the AGM. All such business should be emailed to carlie.tait@bsansw.com by no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 21 October 2021.
