Notice of Snooker & Billiards NSW AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 103rd Annual General Meeting of Snooker & Billiards New South Wales Incorporated will be held on Monday 7 December 2020 at 7.00pm at Georges River 16ft Sailing Club, Sanoni Ave, Sandringham NSW 2219… and also video conferenced via Microsoft Teams*.

We strongly encourage all financial members to attend, whether it be in person at the Sailing Club or via video conference.

PLEASE NOTE:

• To use your electronic device and attend the AGM via video conference, Members MUST register at least 24 hours prior, by emailing carlie.tait@bsansw.com. All details about meeting access plus further instructions will be issued upon registration only.

• There is no provision for general business at the AGM. Questions relating to the business of the meeting are welcome, but all other matters are termed ‘Special Business’ and are required to be submitted in advance to enable an appropriate investigation and response. Therefore, in terms of the Constitution, any notices of formal business or Motion(s) from Members must be received in writing by SBNSW not less than thirty-five (35) days before the date fixed for the AGM. All such business should be emailed to carlie.tait@bsansw.com by no later than 5.00pm on Monday 2 nd November 2020.
